Abstract:
In order to improve the measurement accuracy of space telescope truss deformation, one of the main factors affecting the accuracy of industrial photogrammetry, i.e. the measurement network, was studied. It is found that the quality of industrial photogrammetry network directly affects the deformation measurement accuracy, and maintaining high measurement network consistency can greatly improve the deformation measurement accuracy under the premise of ensuring the robustness of the measurement network. To verify the conclusion, the measurement repeatability accuracy was taken as the evaluation index, and the measurement network consistency was tested and studied under laboratory conditions. The results show that high measurement network consistency could improve measurement repeatability accuracy by at least two times compared to random network, which may provide technical support for improving the deformation measurement accuracy of space telescope.
