行星保护任务中干热灭菌生物指示剂应用及筛选分析

Analysis of application and screening of biological indicator for DHMR in planetary protection missions

  • 摘要: 文章着眼于行星保护任务中的微生物控制需求,一方面综述生物指示剂在干热灭菌(DHMR)过程中的应用情况,以及NASA在不同时期对DHMR生物指示剂选择的变化及其对DHMR技术流程规范修订的影响;另一方面,结合我国AIT(装配、集成和测试)环境中耐热微生物状况的分析,对适用于我国行星保护任务中DHMR生物指示剂的筛选流程提出建议,为制定我国航天器DHMR技术流程规范提供支持。

     

    Abstract: With an eye to the microbial control needs in the planetery protection missions, this paper reviews the application of biological indicators in dry heat microbial reduction (DHMR) processes, and the changes of biological indicators selected by NASA in different periods and their influence on the revision of DHMR technical process specifications. Meanwhile, based on the analysis of heat-resistant microorganisms in China’s AIT (assembly, integration and testing) environment, suggestions for the screening process of DHMR biological indicators suitable for planetary protection missions in China are proposed, to provide surport for enacting technical specifications of the DHMR process for China's spacecrafts.
