双轴太阳电池阵驱动机构动强度分析方法

A method of dynamic strength analysis for drive mechanism of biax solar array

  • 摘要: 针对长寿命、小型双轴太阳电池阵驱动机构动强度分析中轴承连接建模难的问题,首先,提出并实施了基于历史产品试验数据和理论公式在设计阶段确定装配状态下轴承刚度的方法;然后,建立了整机动强度分析模型,计算得到的模态频率和试验结果相一致,提高了仿真精度;随后开展发射与展开过程动态载荷作用下的强度分析,给出了整机结构在随机振动和冲击载荷下的动应力分析结果。以上研究可为在设计阶段进行整机动强度安全性评估提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficulties in bearing connection modeling for the dynamic strength analysis of long-life small biax solar array drive mechanism (BSADM), a method for determining the bearing stiffness under assembly state at the design stage based on the previous product test data and theoretical formula was proposed and implemented. The dynamic strength model of whole machine was established, and the calculated modal frequency was consistent with the experimental results, thus, the simulation accuracy was improved. Subsequently, the strength analysis under dynamic loads during lunch and deployment process was carried out, and the results of the structural dynamic stress of whole machine under random vibration and impact loads were also given. The proposed research may provide a reference for the safety evaluation of whole machine’s dynamic strength in the design stage.
