Abstract:
In order to know well the environmental state of the spacecraft during transportation and make sure the control of the process, a set of transportation environmental monitoring system was developed. With NI cDAQ and LabVIEW as the hardware and software platforms, the hardware and software architecture and software workflow were designed. This monitoring system could realize the collaborative monitoring of multi-type signals of acceleration, temperature, humidity, vehicle speed, and real-time out-of-tolerance warning with data playback. In addition, it could achieve the vehicle speed measurement by using Beidou positioning, and the whole low-speed storage and trigger high-speed storage for the collected high-frequency acceleration signals. The test results on the actual transportation road show that the monitoring system has perfect function and meets the requirements of use.
