基于声波导管的热辐射区域噪声测试技术

Technology of noise measurement in thermal radiation zone based on acoustic waveguide

  • 摘要: 为了在热噪声行波管试验段热辐射区域内准确测量噪声响应,基于管道传声原理和声学有限元仿真分析,设计了有效测量频率范围为20~1000 Hz的声波导管测试系统,并开展常温验证试验。试验结果表明,声波导管测试系统满足设计指标,设计阶段采用的数值分析方法有效。最后通过热噪声试验考核了该声波导管测试系统的环境适应性——能够经受住700 ℃的热噪声试验环境。

     

    Abstract: To accurately measure the noise response in the thermal radiation zone of the thermal acoustic progressive wave tube, an acoustic waveguide test system with an effective measurement frequency range of 20-1000 Hz was designed based on the duct acoustics and the acoustic finite element analysis. Verification tests were carried out at room temperature. The results show that the acoustic waveguide test system meets the design index, and the numerical analysis method used in the design stage is effective. Finally, the environmental adaptability of the acoustic waveguide test system was evaluated through thermal acoustic test, which proves that the system could withstand the thermal noise test environment of 700 ℃.
