太空试验场的概念和内涵

The concept and the connotation of space proving grounds (SPG)

  • 摘要: 针对空间科学、技术、应用各领域试验统筹有限,当前部分核心空间技术攻关过程中面临的机理不清以及空间作为战略制高点对国计民生的拉动力不足等问题,栾恩杰院士2016年首度提出太空试验场的概念,希望通过构建一系列的空间设施,系统地规划并主导后续太空试验任务。文章在调研国内外空间试验现状的基础上,分析空间试验发展趋势,阐述太空试验场的概念——它由空间段、地面段和软环境组成,提出其未来分阶段建设目标和系统服务框架。有关论述可为我国“成体系、分阶段”规划建设空间试验类基础设施,实现“按需求、高效率”的空间试验管理提供决策参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the fact that the overall planning of the experiments in various fields of space science, technology and application is limited, the mechanism of some core space technologies is not clear, and the space, as a strategic commanding height, could hardly serve as the driving force for the national economy and the people’s livelihood, academician Luan Enjie put forward the concept of space proving grounds (SPG) for the first time, hoping to systematically planning and directing the follow-up space test tasks by building a series of space facilities. Through an extensive investigation of the status quo of the space tests both at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development trend of the space experiments, then shows that the concept of the SPG can be categorized into three aspects, namely, the space segment, the ground segment, and the soft environment. The phased objectives and the system service framework in the future are also proposed, with suggestions for China’s “systematic and phased” construction of the space test infrastructure, for the decision-making of China’s “on demand and highly efficient” space test management.
