空间环境模拟设备低温系统研制中的软件应用及参数化驱动设计

The software application and the parameter driving design for cryogenic system of space simulator

  • 摘要: 为提升空间环境模拟设备的设计效率和用户体验度,针对北京卫星环境工程研究所成功研制或正在研制的地面产品,运用CAD/CAE软件对其低温系统进行三维建模和仿真分析;依托Inventor软件进行二次开发,设计了一款专门的空间环境模拟设备数字化集成设计平台。通过对专业模型参数化驱动技术的研究,给出热沉系统参数化的各主要节点和驱动设计流程,并验证设计流程的有效性。最后,对氮系统的零件库动态扩充进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the design efficiency and the clients’ satisfaction of space simulators, the CAD/CAE software is used to carry out the 3D modeling and the simulation analysis of the cryogenic system of the space simulators successfully developed or being developed by BISEE. A specific digital integrated platform for designing the space simulator is designed successfully by the secondary development of the software Inventor. Based on the research of the parametric technology, the main nodes and the flow chart for the driving process design of the heat sink system are proposed, whose effectiveness is verified. Finally, the dynamic expansion of the library of the parts for the nitrogen system is discussed.
