长期存储航天产品评估的系统工程方法应用

Application of system engineering method in evaluation of long-term stored spacecraft products

  • 摘要: 针对在地面规定环境中长期存储的航天产品,需要建立一套有效的评估方法和评价体系,进行产品存储及存储后的性能与可靠性评价,为产品的再使用提供决策依据。文章采用系统工程原理和方法,对长期存储后航天产品的性能、应用状态等评估因素和评价方法进行了梳理,按照用户的要求和航天产品研制质量要求,从技术和管理两方面出发,建立了多个维度、多个层级的长期存储环境下航天产品评估要素体系。通过对存储长达6年多的某卫星产品进行存储、评估、再使用的应用实践,探索出一套长期存储航天产品评估与再使用的技术方法和管理模式。

     

    Abstract: For spacecraft products after long-term storage in specified ground environment, it is necessary to establish a set of effective method and system to evaluate the performance and the reliability of the stored product. so as to provide a basis for the decision-making of product reuse or deprecation. Based on the principles and methods of system engineering, the evaluation factors such as the product performance and application status after long-term storage in the specified ground environment are sorted out. According to the demand from the customer and the quality & reliability requirements of the spacecraft product, an evaluation system consisting six elements various dimensions and multi-levels, from technological and managerial aspect respectively, is established for assessing the spacecraft products in long-term storage environment. Through the practice of evaluating a certian satellite product which have been stored for more than six years, the above-mentioned technical method and the management mode for assessing the product condition are well implemented, to support the final decision of reusing the product.
