Abstract:
With consideration of the ergonomics involved in the human-computer interaction system of the open-type lunar rover, such an interaction system is designed for the open lunar rover based on the functional requirements. The system design is optimized to allow a more convenient operation of the astronauts when they are in extravehicular spacesuits. The overall layout and the functional design of the interaction system are implemented, with the proposed layout mode of the “retractable and foldable” display panel, to avoid the problem of the traditional lunar rover, with a large space occupied by the fixed display panel, which hinders the astronauts from getting on and off.
