一种固面可展开天线热变形测量实践

Measurement of thermal deformation of a deployable antenna with solid surface

  • 摘要: 为实现高精度星载固面可展开天线的热变形测量,分析热变形对于可展开天线反射面型面和天线指向精度的影响,文章以某型号天线为对象,针对其具体结构和不同的测量环境,研究固面可展开天线在常压和真空2种环境中反射面型面和天线指向热变形的测量方法;按此进行原始测量,并提出一种适用于此类天线的热变形测量数据分析处理方法,实现了固面可展开天线高/低温环境下的热变形量化分析计算。

     

    Abstract: In order to measure the thermal deformation of the spaceborne high precision deployable antenna with solid surface and analyze its influence on the antenna profile and the pointing accuracy, this paper takes a certain antenna of this type as the object and, with consideration of the specific structure of the antenna and various measurement environments, proposes related methods for measuring the thermal deformation of the antenna reflector and the antenna pointing in the atmospheric environment and the vacuum environment, respectively. Measurements are made with these methods. With appropriate data processing and analysis, the quantitative analysis and the calculation of the thermal deformation of the deployable antenna with solid surface are realized.
