Abstract:
The test coverage analysis of a spacecraft, that is, the degree of the coverage for the spacecraft design in terms of test items, is an essential step in the spacecraft development. A method for the test coverage analysis of the large manned spacecraft is proposed in this paper. With this method, the test coverage analysis of a large manned spacecraft is carried out from the following four aspects, namely, the hierarchy, the characteristics, the work mode and the mission stage, and in various levels, such as the technical requirements to the large manned spacecraft in view of the overall project, the requirements of the large system interface control, the functional requirements of each module of the large human spacecraft, as well as the flight mission planning. The technical requirements are broken down into items, to form the planning matrix for the system validation. Through the above multi-dimensional and multi-level test coverage analysis, the desired coverage of the test verification project for the large manned spacecraft design can be achieved, and the comprehensive review of the design work at the present stage can also be made.
