Abstract:
During the vibration test of airborne external equipment, we have and overtest problem if one of the components has an abnormal failure. Thus it is proposed to demand the frequency response data matching. According to the random vibration theories, the engineering factors leading to the difference between the laboratory response data and the actual data are analyzed. The exciter control strategy, the location of the excitation, the transfer path of the load, and the frequency response function of the fixture are considered, to realize the data matching requirement. This method can help avoid over-testing, with increased accuracy and effectiveness of the vibration test simulation.
