桁架结构拓扑优化系统软件开发及其在大型天线安装桁架设计中的应用

Development of truss topology optimization software and its application in configuration design of a large antenna mounting truss

  • 摘要: 针对大型复杂桁架式承力结构的构型设计和优化问题,基于桁架结构拓扑优化的半定规划模型及算法,以MatLab为平台设计开发了桁架结构拓扑优化系统(TODOSST)软件。首先以柔度最小化问题为例给出了桁架拓扑优化的半定规划模型,通过不同目标和约束的组合构造了优化模型库;然后在MatLab环境下完成了软件的框架设计和功能模块开发;最后将软件应用于大型天线安装桁架的构型优化。结果显示:使用TODOSST软件得到的优化设计方案能够显著减小结构质量,提高结构静/动态刚度,降低内部节点弯矩水平。优化结果对工程结构设计具有重要的参考价值,同时也验证了TODOSST软件应用于桁架结构构型设计的实用性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: For the configuration design and the optimization of large complex truss structures, a topology design optimization system for structure with truss (TODOSST) is developed on the MatLab platform based on the semidefinite programming model and algorithms for the topology optimization of truss structures. Firstly, a semidefinite programming model is built for a compliance minimization problem of the truss topology design, as well as an optimization model base by combining different objectives and constraints. Then the framework and the functional module of the software are developed by means of the MatLab tool. Finally, the software system is applied in optimizing the configuration of a large antenna mounting truss. The optimal design scheme by the TODOSST shows a significant reduction of the structural mass with improved static and dynamic stiffness of the structure; the bending moment level of internal joints are lowered in the mean time. The above results provide a reference for the engineering design of structures, and, meanwhile, serve as a verification of the practicability and the effectiveness of the TODOSST for the structural configuration design.
