月球水冰赋存形态分析及原位探测展望

Analysis of the occurrence mode of water ice on the moon and the prospect of in-situ lunar exploration

  • 摘要: 月球上是否存在水冰一直是月球探测的热点问题。文章分析了20世纪90年代以来国外数次月球遥感探测任务获取的基于雷达、中子探测仪和光谱仪的水冰探测数据。结果表明,月球上很可能存在水冰,特别是在极区的永久阴影区内,水冰可能局部分散式地分布在表层至米量级深度的范围内。但现有的遥感探测结果各有其局限性,未来需开展着陆探测任务对月球水冰进行直接证认。文章对此进行展望,并指出原位探测面临的若干工程问题。

     

    Abstract: The existence of the water ice on the moon is a hot issue in the lunar exploration for many years. The data acquired from the radar, the neutron detector and the spectrograph through several lunar exploration missions show the possible existence of the water on the moon, especially in the permanent shadow regions in the lunar polar area. The water ice is likely to be distributed in a scattered pattern on the lunar surface within a depth of meters. However, the remote-sensing data acquired so far cannot directly verify the existence of the water on the moon. Thus, more lunar landing and roving missions will be necessary for the direct and definite identification of the water ice. This paper gives an outlook of the in-situ lunar exploration technology with several engineering issues to be faced and resolved.
