Abstract:
In order to optimize the assembly, integration and test process on the satellite launch site and to avoid the difficulties of installing and unloading repeatedly the high-temperature thermal insulation screen after the fuel adding, in this paper, an adapting scheme is proposed for the satellite with the 1194A interface, to prevent the interference between the lower edge of the high-temperature thermal insulation screen that extends out from the lower side of the satellite docking fixture for the mass property measurement. Through an analysis of the interface size between the satellite installed with the high temperature insulation screen and the MPM (mass property measurement) fixture, as well as an analysis and a comparison of the relevant operation processes, the adapter ring of the 1194A interface is designed. With the static analysis and the tolerance design, it is shown that the adapter ring can be used for docking with the fixture for the mass property measurement after the high-temperature insulation module is installed on the satellite platform. The results of the mass property measurement can meet the technical requirements with the accuracy for weighting of 0.5 kg and the accuracy for the moment measurement of 0.2 kg·m.
