Abstract:
With regard to the requirement of a high-resolution satellite, the isolation of the micro-vibration of the CMG(controlled moment gyro) is studied with consideration of the influence of the micro-vibration on the image quality. Firstly, it is proposed that the design of the isolator should not only consider the dynamic properties of the structure, but also consider the influence of the direction, the amplitude, and the frequency of the micro-vibration on the imaging quality. Secondly, a micro-vibration analysis model for a CMGis built and verified, including the FEM model of the structure, the disturbance model, and the isolator model. Finally, the relationship between the vibration response and the modulus of elasticity at 100Hz is obtained based on the above model, and the parameter of the isolator is optimized within the constrain of the frequency and other factors. It is shown that the isolator with the optimized parameter has an isolation efficiency of over 50% at three orthogonal directions, to ensure an increased imaging quality for the high-resolution remote sensing satellite. This method can be used in the design of the isolators.
