基于超材料的电磁能量吸收与转换研究现状及发展趋势简析

Current status and development trend of electromagnetic energy absorption and conversion based on metamaterials

  • 摘要: 电磁超材料吸波器是一种发展迅速、应用日益广泛的空间电磁能量收集装置。文章基于国内外超材料吸波器的发展现状,简述电磁能量吸收和电能整流处理的原理,综合评述电磁能量吸收与转换的方法、技术以及有关吸波与整流装置,从多频段、宽频带以及可调谐3个方面归纳了相应超材料吸波器的特点、应用范围以及在实际应用中存在的优缺点,分析整流电路的改进方法与研究难点,最后对未来电磁能量吸收转换的发展趋势进行展望。

     

    Abstract: The electromagnetic metamaterial absorber is a kind of electromagnetic energy harvesting device which sees rapid development and increasingly wider application. In this paper, the development status of the metamaterial absorbers at home and abroad is reviewed. Firstly, the principle of the energy absorption and the rectifier processing are described, respectively. Then the the methods and the techniques of the electromagnetic energy absorption and conversion are discussed with examples of some typical absorption and rectifier devices. Moreover, the features, the application scope, and the advantages & disadvantages of three kind of absorbers, namely, the multi-band absorbers, the broad-band absorbers, and the tunable absorbers are analyzed. Some methods for the improvement and the difficulties of the rectifier circuit are analyzed. In the end, the future development trend of the electromagnetic energy absorption and conversion is highlighted.
