大型复杂航天器组装动力学建模方法与应用

Dynamic analysis modeling of large complex spacecraft based on fixed-interface modal synthesis and its software

  • 摘要: 基于完整有限元模型的大型空间复杂结构系统动力学分析因其计算量大、耗时长、效率低,而使得基于子结构的模态综合技术具有现实的应用基础。文章基于固定界面模态综合法给出复杂航天器结构组装模型,开发了大型空间组合体动力学分析软件;并以空间站三舱组合体为例,验证了该建模方法对于大规模有限元模型在复杂界面条件下的模态综合的有效性,结果表明该建模方法可以应用于工程实际。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic analysis based on the complete finite element model is computation intensive, time consuming, and inefficient. Therefore, the modal synthesis technology based on substructures serves a realistic basis of application. This paper studies the effectiveness of the fixed-interface modal synthesis method for the dynamic analysis of complex spatial structures, and develops a software for the dynamics analysis of a large space combination. The dynamic analysis of a three-cabin combination of the space station is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the fixed-interface modal synthesis method for large-scale finite element model. It is demonstrated that the method is applicable under complex interface conditions, and that it can be applied in the actual engineering.
