空间辐射环境危害综合监测原理样机研制

Development of a space radiation hazard monitor

  • 摘要: 依据空间辐射环境的分布特性及具体空间辐射效应的特征判据,设计出多功能、模块化的航天器空间环境危害监测样机。该样机可针对不同运行轨道辐射环境采用不同的探测模块组合,能够实现单粒子效应、总剂量效应、位移损伤效应、表面充电效应和深层充电效应等辐射危害的综合监测,且具有高集成、低功耗的特性,可为卫星平台提供有效的辐射危害实时监测告警和故障诊断支持。

     

    Abstract: A multifunctional and modular space radiation hazard monitor is designed based on the characteristics of the space radiation environment and the related radiation effects. Different types of modularized monitors are designed for different orbits. There are monitors capable of detecting the single event effects, the total radiation dose effects, the displacement damage effects, and the surface and deep dielectric charging effects. The prototype for the space radiation hazard monitoring is an integrated, low-power instrument that provides the host spacecraft with in-flight radiation data, in-situ diagnosis and autonomously generated warnings of the space radiation environmental threats.
