空间站在轨舱内噪声地面模拟与测试技术

Simulation and testing of interior noise environment for in-orbit space station

  • 摘要: 文章针对空间站在轨舱内噪声特性,给出舱内噪声地面模拟与测试方案,采用声功率等效的方法对单机噪声源进行模拟,以多输入多输出(MIMO)控制方法实现舱内多噪声源闭环控制模拟。声场模拟1/3倍频程误差在±3 dB以内,满足扰源模拟需求。并在真空罐内模拟出舱活动泄/复压环节的噪声,搭建噪声测试系统,对泄/复压工况噪声进行了测试,总声压级在100 dBA以下。测试数据可为后期空间站单机噪声条件制定提供依据。

     

    Abstract: A scheme for simulating and testing the cabin noise is proposed based on the characteristics of the noise inside the in-orbit space station. The sound power equivalent method is employed for simulating the single source of noise, the multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) closed-loop control method is adopted for the simulation and the control of the multiple noise sources. The error for 1/3 octave sound pressure level error is not more than 3 dB, which can meet the requirement of the noise simulation. The depressurization and repressurization noise environment pertaining the extravehicular activities is reproduced in the vacuum tank. A noise testing system is built, where the total sound pressure level is determined to be within 100 dBA. The test data can be used for determining the noise condition of the space station unit.
