Design and application of omnidirectional adjustable satellite side panel installation equipment

  • 摘要: 研制了一种新型全向可调卫星侧板安装设备,并进行工程应用分析。该设备的双段式组合升降机构初始高度1.4 m、极限高度3 m,实现了多平台多型号侧板的装星与试验;其姿态调节机构将3个旋转自由度调节功能集成在1个机构中,实现了侧板安装位置的微调,提高了现场操作的便利性。与传统卫星侧板安装设备相比,该设备的侧板抬升时间缩短3/4左右,整体劳动生产率提高约1倍。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a novel omnidirectional adjustable satellite side panel installation equipment, as well as its engineering applications. This equipment is a two-stage combined lifting mechanism, a height in the range from 1.4 m to 3 m, The installation and the test of the side panel for multiple platforms and satellite models are realized. An attitude adjustment mechanism is designed to integrate the adjusting functions of three rotational degrees of freedom into one single mechanism to allow a convenient operation. Compared with the traditional satellite side panel installation equipment, the novel equipment enjoys a shortened lifting time down to one fourth of the original value, and doubled overall labor productivity.
