Abstract:
To simulate a wind-free high temperature and low pressure environment in which the Mars rover would work, based on the GN
2 heat sink temperature regulation and a pressure control system, the goal is achieved for regulating the temperature of the heat sink system in a range of -135 ℃ to 27 ℃, with the uniformity of the temperature better than ±5 ℃. The bias between the testing pressure value and the target value of the vessel can be controlled to be less than ±10 Pa with the pressure control system. The wind-free verification test of the Mars rover model has been implemented for the first time in China. The result provides a basis for updating the thermal analysis model of the Mars rover and the subsequent wind-loaded environmental test.
