Abstract:
The implementation of a multi-exciter vibration test is a relatively complicated task. The design and the optimization of the test scheme can be helped by using the virtual test technology. In this paper, firstly, the two-exciter random vibration test system is analyzed, and then with the system, the virtual test is carried out to optimize the scheme. The complete missile physical test results and the virtual test results are compared and analyzed. It is shown that the virtual vibration test gives accurate and reliable results, and that the optimized test scheme is reasonable and effective.
