高准直太阳模拟器研制

Development of a high collimated solar simulator

  • 摘要: 为满足某新型号太阳敏感器地面试验需求,研制了一台高辐照度的高准直太阳模拟器,其辐照度为0.8个太阳常数、准直角为32'、辐照面直径为200 mm。在太阳模拟器光学系统设计过程中,将理论计算与光学设计软件的优化、仿真相结合,重点对组合聚光镜、积分器组件进行了优化设计,大幅度提高了能量利用率。

     

    Abstract: For implementing the ground test of a new solar sensor, a high collimated solar simulator is developed, with irradiance of 0.8 solar constant, the collimation angle of 32', and 200 mm surface for irradiation. In the optical system design of the solar simulator, the energy utilization of the integrator and the collimator system is optimized through theoretical calculations and simulations by the optical design software, thus greatly increases the energy efficiency.
