Abstract: The vibration stress screening test plays an important role in the engineering of the electrical product development. The purpose and the objective of the environmental stress screening in GJB1032 are briefly analyzed, and the conditions and the methods of the vibration stress screening are discussed. Several kinds of under-screening and over-screening are discussed in detail, and some proper methods of the vibration stress screening are analyzed and studied. Under the correct screening conditions and with the corresponding notching control methods, the under-screening and over-screening can be avoided to complete the required screening task.
