An estimation method for the driving force of the shaker used in spacecraft random vibration test

摘要: 文章针对航天器复杂随机振动条件下(尤其是试验前)推力难以估算的问题,基于模态参与的思想,结合航天器随机振动的特征,对模态参与法进行改进和算法简化。改进后方法的验证结果表明,在白噪声激励条件下其计算结果与模态参与法吻合,而且能够计算模态参与法不能计算的非白噪声激励条件的随机振动载荷。文章还提出了能在工程中快速使用的三频段法,并通过型号验证了其可行性。Abstract: This paper proposes a new method of estimating the shaker force in the spacecraft random vibration test, based on an improvement of the classical modal contribution theory with consideration of the characteristics of the spacecraft random vibration test. It is shown that the method can be applied to calculate the vibration force under the non-white-noise exciting condition. Furthermore, a simplified method with three frequency bands is proposed for engineering estimations.
