Abstract:
In view of great difficulties of management, control and traceability of the test process data in a large-scale spacecraft vacuum thermal test caused by the complexity of the test process and the test unit interface, and a large number of printing process sheets, etc., a vacuum thermal process management system for large spacecraft is designed based on the service-oriented architecture (SOA), a systematic approach to business process management and a flexible process engine. The system is deployed in the largest space environment simulator KM8 in China, and is successfully applied to a spacecraft thermal test. It is shown that the system improves the efficiency of the test by its digitization, visualization and fine dynamic control.
