Abstract:
This paper studies the response amplification of the self-locking valve during the spacecraft vibration test, proposes a damping method using rubber absorbers, and analyzes it with a stiffness model of the valve installed with the rubber absorbers. The effectiveness of this method is verified by the vibration test, and it is shown that with the rubber absorbers, the response amplification problem can be solved for some instruments of the spacecraft in the vibration environment. This solution is simple and effective, and can meet the application requirements, with a good engineering value.
