低温泵现场使用可靠性评价及维修保障方法

Cryopump field reliability assessment and maintenance support method

  • 摘要: 结合北京卫星环境工程研究所现有低温泵使用情况,建立低温泵任务可靠性模型,开展低温泵FMEA。对2009年—2015年的低温泵故障数据进行收集和整理,采用直方图法进行现场故障率和MTBF估计,评估低温泵现场使用可靠性水平;又通过基于P-P理论的寿命分布假设检验方法,获得低温泵现场使用寿命分布特征。根据现场可靠性分析结果并结合多年维修保障经验,给出了低温泵使用过程中常见故障的维修保证流程及方法,有助于后续真空热试验的连续实施。

     

    Abstract: Based on the conditions of the cryopump application in Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering, this paper establishes reliability models for cryopump tasks, and carries out the FMEA on the cryopumps. Upon collection and organization of the failure data of the cryopumps during the year 2009 to 2015, an estimation is given of the field failure rate and the MTBF in the form of histogram, and the reliability level of the cryopump in field use is assessed. In addition, based on the P-P theory of the lifetime distribution hypothesis, the lifetime distribution characteristics of the cryopumps are obtained. Based on the field reliability analysis and in light of the maintenance support experiences over the years, we provide relevant processes and methods for the maintenance of common failures of cryopumps in their subsequent use to ensure the continuous implementation of the thermal vacuum test.
