Abstract: For the space debris active clean-up technology demonstration validation test, a technical solution for the space simulated debris launching device is proposed. The device consists of the simulated debris and its separating and unlocking device. The simulated debris is connected with the separating and unlocking device through the pressing rod initially not related to the debris and cut off by a pyrotechnic cutter, and the simulated debris is separated from the separating and unlocking device by a compression spring. The design is verified by the modal analysis, the static load analysis, the motion characteristics analysis, and the separation and unlock test.
