Abstract: Based on the advanced intrinsic safety concept, this paper proposes the thermal vacuum test system KM6's safety design level and makes an application analysis by considering the actual situation of KM6 engineering. A qualitative analysis of the current safety condition of KM6 in the perspective of the intrinsic safety provides a reference for the design of other similar vacuum thermal test systems.
