航天器单机产品通用低气压放电试验条件

General test conditions for low pressure discharge of spacecraft units

  • 摘要: 文章结合国内外文献研究成果,并根据帕邢曲线计算,确定了通用的低气压放电气压范围;根据运载火箭的飞行历程以及理论计算,分别给出了非密闭单机和密闭单机经历低气压环境的时间,从而确定了通用的低气压放电试验时间;针对鉴定单机和验收单机,分别给出试验次数及单机通电要求。研究提出了更符合实际且满足地面试验考核需求的通用低气压放电试验条件,可为航天器型号地面低气压试验提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Combined with the calculation of the Paschen curve, a general low pressure discharge test pressure range is proposed. According to the rocket's flight course and the theoretical calculation, the general single machine low pressure discharge test time is obtained. According to different single machines, the test times and the power demands are put forward and the general conditions of the low pressure discharge test for single machine products are presented.
