ITO/Kapton/Al薄膜材料空间微小碎片与原子氧综合作用试验研究

The combined effect of space micro-debris and atomic oxygen on ITO/Kapton/Al film

  • 摘要: 空间微小碎片与原子氧作用对带防护涂层材料的性能有较大影响。文章针对ITO/Kapton/Al薄膜进行了微小碎片与原子氧综合作用的试验研究。结果表明:微小碎片与原子氧作用后,薄膜表面损伤严重,质量损失明显;综合作用和单独碎片撞击造成材料太阳吸收比的退化程度一致;综合作用造成ITO/Kapton/Al表面In、Sn含量降低,C含量低于单独碎片作用样品。

     

    Abstract: The space micro-debris and the atomic oxygen (AO) have great impact on the spacecraft materials with protective coatings. This paper focuses on the combined effect of micro-debris and AO on the ITO/Kapton/Al film by test. The results indicate that the ITO/Kapton/Al film is damaged seriously and has an obvious mass loss after the combined test. The change of the solar absorptance is similar in the case of the combined test and the micro-debris impact only. The composition of In and Sn is decreased, and the C content sees a downtrend compared with the single micro-debris impact test result.
