Abstract:
To ensure the measurement accuracy of the magnetic moment and the magnetic center location, it is necessary to calibrate the magnetic moment measurement system based on the dynamic loop method. From the analysis of the composition and the influence of the measurement errors, eight calibration coefficients are proposed and used to calibrate the magnetic moment measurement system. The calibration scheme is designed based on the measurement of different standard magnets, and then all calibration coefficients are calculated with the least squares method. Two group compositional magnetic moments are designed and used to simulate the actual object under test, the actual performance of the magnetic moment measurement system based on the dynamic loop method is evaluated by the measurement of compositional magnetic moments. The test results indicate that the magnetic dipole moment measurement error of the magnetic moment measurement system is not more than 4.6%, and the magnetic center location measurement error is not more than 7.2%.
