Abstract: The spacecraft environment test requirement standard is discussed in this paper, which concerns the test baseline elements, including the test principle, the test types, the test objectives, the hardware level of assembly, the test product/articles/model, the test items, the environmental conditions, the test matrix, the replacement test, the protoqulification test/replacing strategy. The tailoring of test baseline will be covered in the next issue.
