Abstract: Based on the development trend of the manufacturing in general and the aerospace manufacturing in particular, the paper reviews the development direction of the aerospace manufacturing, the content and practice of the cloud manufacturing for the aerospace industry, the automation based on the data analytics, the services based on the smart manufacturing and the transformation based on the manufacturing model, and then puts forward the idea of the smart manufacturing in space for the process and the assembly by using the integrated network.
