Abstract:
In this paper, a method for moving target detection based on the magnetic flux induction is studied. An equivalent magnetic model is built based on the target's characteristics. According to the model, the structure of the induction coil is designed. To obtain the relationship between the detected signal and the target features, a theoretical derivation of the detectable signal is made. The response relationship of the moving target's features and the coil parameters against the detectable signal is obtained through numerical simulations. The results show that the detectable signal is obviously affected by the moving features of the target and the structure of the coil, which validates in a preliminary stage that the detection technology is feasible.
