Abstract: The accelerated test becomes an efficient method for reliability verification and assessment of spacecraft electrical products, which account for a major proportion of spacecraft failures. This paper reviews the current status of the accelerated test techniques used in every level of spacecraft electrical products, including the types and the methods for designing the accelerated test according to the characteristics of spacecraft developments. Finally, some suggestions are presented for the related researches in China.
