发动机长悬臂管路动力学特性优化及试验验证
Dynamics optimization and experimental validation of the long cantilever engine pipelines

摘要: 文章分析了管路系统由振动引起的故障/事故及振动产生的原因。针对某型发动机试车过程中长悬臂管路发生泄漏的情况,开展了管路系统试车状态下模态测试试验及其动特性分析,发现部分管路的固有频率位于泵的工作频率范围内,导致管路与泵发生共振;部分管路存在较低的低频频率。通过对管路的优化设计,显著地提高了管路的固有频率,避开了泵的工作频率;相同的激励下,管路的响应大大减小,有效改善了管路的动力学特性。Abstract: The faults caused by the pipeline vibrations are summarized in this paper. For studying the leakage of the pipeline in the engine's working process, in the running system, the dynamic characteristics are analyzed by the modal test. The results indicate that the natural frequency of some pipelines is in the range of the pump working frequency, and some frequencies are low. In view of this situation, the design of the pipelines is optimized. The comparison of the dynamic characteristic analysis results after the optimization shows that the natural frequency of some pipelines is increased and goes above the pump working frequency, and the dynamic environment of the lines is improved.
