Abstract: The vacuum baking facility for contamination cleaning for structures is a kind of space environment simulation equipment, used for contamination cleaning for spacecraft nonmetal structures. The facility is made of a vacuum chamber, a heat sink, a vacuum pumping system, a nitrogen system, a decontamination system, and an electrical control system. This paper presents the technical specification, the structural configuration, and the functions of the facility.
