摘要: 为提高真空低温环境下摄影测量的精度,文章通过分析真空低温环境对摄影测量的影响,发现引入光学窗口会降低测量精度。以实际使用的温控小舱上的光学窗口为研究对象,根据摄影测量原理,通过仿真和试验相结合的方式,分析增加光学介质和改变介质面形对摄影测量的影响程度。研究结果表明影响的主要原因是光学窗口的使用导致在原有光路上增加光学介质,改变了光路,其引起的精度误差与摄影测量系统精度属同一数量级,需要采用优化方法降低这种影响。Abstract: In order to enhance the accuracy of the photogrammetric method in the vacuum and cryogenic environment, we analyze the effect of the vacuum and cryogenic environment on the photogrammetry, and it is found that the optical window will reduce the measurement accuracy. To study the optical window in the control module in the practical environment, based on the principle of photogrammetry, the different influences on the photogrammetric measurements due to the increase of the optical medium and the change of the plane precision are analyzed by combined simulation and experiment methods. It is shown that the main effect of the optical window is to increase the optical media on the original light path, to change the light path, and the caused error and the accuracy of the photography measurement system are of the same order of magnitude, so this effect should be reduced by using other methods.
