Abstract:
In this paper, according to the design requirements for the stratosphere environment simulation wind tunnel, a test and control system is designed. With three subsystems, that is, the wind tunnel control system, the data acquisition system, and the security and alarm system, several functions are implemented to achieve a precise control of the wind tunnel test equipment switches, the pressure, the temperature, and the wind speed. The system's data acquisition is in real-time and all parameters of the system operation, the fault handling, and the automatic warning are recorded. The test results show that the control parameter setting for the system is convenient, a high control accuracy is achieved, with the pressure deviation less than 0.2 kPa and the temperature fluctuation less than 1.5 ℃, and the operations are stable, safe and reliable in the stratosphere environment in simulating the wind tunnel.
