Design of environmental parameter monitoring system based on micro controller unit for manned spacecraft ground testing equipment

  • 摘要: 环境参数监测对载人航天器地面测试设备的有效运行具有重要反馈作用。为提高温湿度等环境参数监测的自动化水平和测点分布的灵活性,提出了一种基于单片机微处理器的远程环境参数监视系统设计方法。该系统具有体积小、传感器可配置的特点,可以实现8路温湿度、烟雾浓度环境参数的同步实时测量,用户可以根据需要配置测点并设置参数越限阈值。系统向用户实时发布采集的数据和预警信息,其中预警信息也可通过GSM消息形式发送以实现远程监控。该系统的应用可以实现环境参数变化趋势判读,掌握各测试工况下的地面设备实际工作状态,从而对环境控制进行有效反馈。

     

    Abstract: The environmental parameter monitoring provides a good feed-back about the efficient working process for the ground test equipment of manned spacecraft. An environmental parameter measuring system based on micro controller unit (MCU) is put forward to improve the system automatic detection ability and test-point setting flexibility. The system enjoys the advantages of small size and sensor-configurable, with 8 channels of temperature, humidity, fog concentration measurements. Users could arrange the test-points and set thresholds for their own. Measuring data and the alarm information is public to users both through the software display and the GSM messages. The system application can realize the parameter trend detection, to determine the real working environment state of the ground testing equipment, and provide an efficient feed-back for the environment control.
