基于虚拟仿真技术的探月工程二期航天器总装工艺设计

The virtual simulation technology in assembly process design of China’s Lunar Exploration Project Ⅱ

  • 摘要: 文章基于虚拟仿真技术在航天器总装工艺设计中的应用,以探月工程二期“嫦娥三号”的总装工艺设计为对象,对航天器虚拟总装环境的建立过程和方法进行了具体描述,对虚拟仿真技术在总装工艺流程设计、实施方案设计、工装优化设计以及人机工效分析等几个方面的应用进行实施效果评价。结果表明,虚拟仿真技术有助于航天器总装工艺方案和流程设计的优化,能增强工艺设计的可实施性,提高地面支持设备设计的合理性,并可降低工艺设计过程对工艺人员个人经验的依赖。

     

    Abstract: Based on the virtual simulation technique in the assembly process design, an application system of the virtual simulation of the spacecraft assembly process is built. The process and the method for the establishment of the spacecraft virtual assembly and integration environment are discussed under the context of the assembly process design in the Lunar Exploration Project II-CE-3. The applications of the virtual simulation in many assembly processes are illustrated, including the assembly process flow design, the implementation plan, the MGSE(mechanical ground support equipment) optimal design, and the ergonomics analysis. The project application results indicate that the virtual simulation technique can optimize the process of the spacecraft assembly and integration design, and enhance the efficiency of the process design, and increase the rationality of the MGES, and reduce the dependency on the personal experience during the process design.
