Abstract: Weightlessness has a great influence on the cardiovascular system of human beings. Studies of the influences of weightlessness or simulated weightlessness on human cardiovascular system in the last decade are reviewed in this paper, including the peripheral circulation and the cardiac function. The potential directions of researches are put forward. This field is of great importance for ensuring the well-being of the astronauts.
