高强低模Zr基非晶合金的性能实验和张力计构件制备

The preparation and characterization of Zr-based metallic glass materials

  • 摘要: Zr基非晶态合金具有高强度和低弹性模量,符合航天器弹性体构件的设计要求。文章采用铜模铸造法制备了Zr基非晶合金张力计构件,并对该合金的结构、热性能、力学性能进行了系统的测试和表征,着重分析了该非晶合金的铸造尺寸、成分配比与非晶形成能力的关系。研究成果有助于推动非晶合金在空间领域的工程化应用。

     

    Abstract: The metallic materials used in an antenna system require a good elasticity and a high strength, to satisfy the proper deforming function and the safety requirements. Zr-based metallic glasses exhibit high strength and low elastic modulus , and can exactly meet the elastic part requirements in spacecraft. In this paper, Zr-based metallic glassy elastic parts are prepared by using the copper mould casting method, and the thermal stability and the mechanical performances are tested. The structural properties of the metallic glasses of elastic parts in spacecraft with high strength and good elastic properties are analyzed and the relationship between structural and mechanical properties is obtained. The metallic glasses prepared for elastic structural materials in spacecraft have many new prospective applications.
