Abstract:
The high speed data of spacecraft transmitting between the payload equipment is through the LVDS(low-voltage differential signaling) bundle.The EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) of the LVDS bundles has a strong influence on the system performance. The conducted characteristics of an individual LVDS cable in the real spacecraft structure are analyzed by utilizing the appropriate EMC software.The crosstalk between 12 pairs of LVDS cables in a bundle is computed based on the above analysis of an individual cable. The radiating immunity of the LVDS bundle is taken into account. The results in the frequency and time domains show that the distribution of LVDS bundles is rational. So, it could be extended to guide and optimize the system-level layout of the bundles in advance for all spacecraft.
