磁力矩器结构尺寸对其关键部位应力影响

The impact of the structure size of magnetorquer on the stresses in key parts

  • 摘要: 在传统的磁力矩器设计过程中,仅对其支架位置进行了简化设计,未进行严格的解析及数值模拟计算,且未考虑磁力矩器支架的几何参数对其应力水平的影响。针对此问题,文章分别从解析计算和有限元数值模拟两个方面着手,研究了磁力矩器的支架位置以及支架几何参数对其应力水平的影响,给出了磁力矩器的应力水平关于不同几何参数的变化趋势。在这些几何参数中,螺栓直径对于改善应力分布的作用最为明显,因此当应力不满足要求时可以通过增大螺栓直径快速地降低整个磁力矩器的应力水平。

     

    Abstract: The traditional design of the magnetorquer only concerns the simplified hold position, without analytical or numerical calculation, and the influence of the geometric parameters on the stress level in the magnetorquer is not considered. To solve the problem, this paper studies the influence of the hold position and geometric parameters on the stress level in the magnetorquer and a relationship between them is obtained by analytical and numerical methods. The effect of the bolt diameter on the stress distribution is significant. When the design stress does not meet the requirements, the stress level can be reduced by increasing the diameter of the bolt.
