Abstract: The scheme of full digital manufacturing technologies for spacecraft pipelines is dicussed in this paper, focusing on the technologies of the coordinate transformation and extracting, the high efficient assembly of pipes, the pipe assembly simulating and measuring. According to the demand of the spacecraft pipeline manufacture, the digital manufacturing technology of pipelines is used in the production of spacecraft pipelines. Finally, the production of pipelines is separated from the general assembly process without relying on the spot sampling, and the pipeline is offered to customers as a kind of products.
