联合被试设备的振动夹具结构仿真分析

Simulation of vibration fixture combined with test equipment

  • 摘要: 由于和被试设备之间的耦合影响,所以对振动夹具的评价非常复杂。文章以轨道交通悬挂类变流装置的某通用型振动夹具为研究对象,与被试设备联合进行模态、动强度、疲劳等分析。仿真分析与试验的结果对比表明,振动夹具的固有频率会对被试设备的随机振动1σ应力和动力学响应产生较大影响;其承受的载荷在引入被试设备后更为合理,从而可以准确地预估振动夹具设计的合理性。联合被试设备的振动夹具结构仿真方法和结果可为振动夹具的校核、振动试验结果评价提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: It is very difficult to evaluate the performance of the vibration fixture with consideration of the interaction between the vibration fixture and the equipment. In view of a universal vibration fixture of the suspension convertor device in the rail transit, the model, the dynamic strength and the fatigue of the vibration fixture combined with the equipment are analyzed. The comparison of the simulation results and the experiment data shows that the natural frequency of the vibration fixture has a great influence on the random vibration 1σ stress and the dynamic response for the equipment, and the vibration fixture can be accurately designed because the load is more reasonable after the combination with the equipment. The simulation methods and the results of the vibration fixture combined with the equipment can serve as a theoretical basis for the verification of the fixture and the test result evaluation.
