Abstract:
It is very difficult to evaluate the performance of the vibration fixture with consideration of the interaction between the vibration fixture and the equipment. In view of a universal vibration fixture of the suspension convertor device in the rail transit, the model, the dynamic strength and the fatigue of the vibration fixture combined with the equipment are analyzed. The comparison of the simulation results and the experiment data shows that the natural frequency of the vibration fixture has a great influence on the random vibration 1
σ stress and the dynamic response for the equipment, and the vibration fixture can be accurately designed because the load is more reasonable after the combination with the equipment. The simulation methods and the results of the vibration fixture combined with the equipment can serve as a theoretical basis for the verification of the fixture and the test result evaluation.
